We serve children ages 3-8 yrs old with Autism Spectrum Disorders and those with different learning styles similar to ASD. We plan to add a year in age every school year, such as adding 9 year olds 2007-08. We are willing to work with parents if
their child would benefit from our school but is a year above or below this age range if we feel it is an appropriate placement.
Our approach is a Relationship-based learning environment which is individualized to each child with their goals determined on their own developmental levels. With the individuality, we incorporate many additional things the child may need such as
Sensory Integration, Errorless learning, PECS, therapies, etc. as needed. We also work closely with the parents as a team to help the child progress. Team meetings every 4-6 weeks allow us to consistently help to keep the child learning new things.

Curriculum: We follow the Utah State Office of Education's Curriculum and Instruction guidelines. School subjects are taught on an individual basis or in a small group and reinforced throughout many activities such as play, music, motor movements,
etc. Every child learns differently. The general curriculum is set by the state but how the instruction is presented to the child is based on his/her individual needs.
